Well-being at Work

If you work full time, you probably spend more time at work than with your family. Wellness at work really counts. Your employer has a legal duty of care for your mental as well as physical well-being. We are looking to support both you and your employer, in what is often a busy and demanding environment. 

Ways we can help:

  • Mindfulness sessions in your workplace to give staff the space and time to invest in their mental well-being

  • Rev Mary Rolls is an NHS trained work based coach - happy to offer coaching conversations

  • Well-being walks. Within current Covid restrictions we can walk outdoors one on one if you'd like space to process anything

  • Workplace Chaplaincy - please get in touch if you'd like to explore this further!

God@Work

We run a monthly lunchtime Zoom gathering to explore being a Christian at work. Its a strict 45 minutes to fit in your lunch break. We discuss the theology of work, balancing the integrity of our faith with work place demands, a theology of work. What ever type of work you do, you are welcome to explore with us!
