Your well-being is vital to you, and to those around you

A global pandemic, combined with health + financial uncertainty has prompted searching questions for most of us. Constant change,  learning new technologies and ways of working takes lots of energy. So how do we stay mentally and physically fit, throughout all of this?

At the Vine, we want to help you stay well.

We've been volunteering our time to support the mental health and wellbeing of local people through:

  • Mindfulness sessions with staff groups at 2 of our local primary schools

  • one one one 'Wellbeing walks' for anyone needing a listening ear

  • Supporting the Catalyst group at Community Works, Thirsk
